Carbs are Evil, but yummy. How do you balance them in a Diet

The medical community's nightmare was when the "Atkins Diet" had it's height of popularity.  When the average American believed that carbs are evil and they were making us fat.  Every store and food company seemed to jump on the band wagon and create low and zero carb foods, and more and more low-carbs diets emerged, were the low-fat diets had been the main stay.  What was the result?

Today more American are fatter then they were in the days of pre-Atkins hype.  Even though doctors of the day were calling low-carb diets out-right fraud, they realized  years later, that maybe Atkins' was right, in part.

They found that the country's food priamid recommendations were not specific as to the healthy carb verses the evil ones!!

Evil Carbohydrates For Weight Loss

Low-carb diets today are not the same as Atkins intended, because all carbs are not equal, some carbs are evil, and some are the best thing in the world for your overall health.

Carbs like, whole grains, cause blood sugar to rise gradually are great. But carbohydrates, like a donut, that cause blood sugar to rise too rapidly are evil and destructive to weight loss efforts.

Learn the questions believe to asks yourself and you can eat the good cards all day long. Good luck.
